FAQ

We hear your questions

Volunteer related questions

1. What are the arrangements for food and accommodation?

Food: Don't worry for food during the mission. We will set up a central kitchen and our head chef volunteer will cook food for the volunteers during the mission. Your ticket fee/volunteer fee is for the food.

Water: You will have to prepare your own drinking water.

Accommodation: Usually all the volunteers will camp in the kampung. You will have to prepare your own camping equipment such as tent, camp bed, sleeping bag etc to make yourself comfortable.

2. Are there toilets?

It depends on the kampung. There are toilets in the kampungs we have been before as we have built toilets in those kampungs (e.g. Kg Pos Bering,  Kg Sudak).

If we are going into a new kampung, there may not be toilets. Besides, if we are going for relief mission post flood, most likely there won't be any accessible toilets.

3. How do I sign up as volunteer?

If we have any upcoming missions, we will recruit volunteers through Sedunia.me. We can sign up as volunteer through Sedunia.me.

4. Are the kampungs accessible by normal car/ tarmac?

It depends on the kampung. We will provide more information for specific kampung during briefing prior to the mission date. If you have signed up for any upcoming missions, we strongly encourage you to join any mission briefing.
